You will make your reservation online, which is completely secure thanks to a credit card imprint system (in order to guarantee your reservation), but NO money will be debited from your account.
You will then receive a confirmation email from Le Clos des Cyprès requesting a deposit on your stay by bank transfer in order to finalise your booking.
Cancellation policy
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before your arrival date. If you cancel less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be retained in full and you will be charged a cancellation fee depending on the date (to be agreed directly on a case-by-case basis). If a deposit has not been paid, you will be charged a cancellation fee ranging from 30% to 100% (depending on the date of cancellation) of your stay (to be determined directly on a case-by-case basis).
General terms and conditions
- Our large free private car park is enclosed and secure.
- Your room is cleaned daily.
- Provision of quality Nuxe "Rêve de miel" welcome products.
- For everyone's comfort, smoking is not permitted inside the house.
- The rooms and swimming pool are accessible from 4.30pm on the day of arrival.
- During your stay, the swimming pool and jacuzzi are accessible from 10am to 7pm.
- Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
- Our 4 rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 people, i.e. a total of 8 people.
- For safety reasons and to respect the peace and quiet of our guests, the house is FOR ADULTS ONLY.
- We do not have extra beds. We do not provide bath towels for the swimming pool, but if you forget, we can provide them for you.
- For the respect of the house, picnics (drinks and food) and coolers are not allowed either in the rooms or outside in the garden.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
- Any interruption to your stay will be considered as a cancellation, and you will be billed for the remainder of the nights due.
- In order to confirm your stay, you will be asked to pay a deposit equivalent to 20% of the total cost of your stay (see details when you make your reservation).
- The reservation is only guaranteed on receipt of this deposit before the requested date.
- Tourist tax is extra.
- Method of payment: cash, cheque (we do not have a credit card terminal).
- In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay will also be due.
